IVF - ASSESSMENT OF THE REPRODUCTIVE ENVIROMENT
E-ready is the test that allows differentiation of the ovarian cycle by identifying the correct timing of the implantation window, thus providing clinicians with an additional tool to prevent cycle failure during fertility treatments.
The results obtained from the E-ready test can provide the physician with valuable information regarding the timing of embryo transfer obtained through assisted reproductive technologies or guide targeted therapeutic interventions.
The aim is to reduce the risk of implantation failure and increase the chances of pregnancy.

Analysis method
The E-ready test is a personalized medicine test aimed at providing doctors with information about endometrial receptivity through the analysis of the expression of 68 genes on an endometrial biopsy.
The gene expression profile is assessed using TACseq technology from Illumina Inc., which is based on sequencing through Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) followed by data analysis using dedicated software.
